3. YouTube

• You agree that in no way will you use any part of the Viewet Software or website to earn fraudulent revenue through being a Partner or having any Revenue Sharing enabled on your YouTube video or account
• You will only use Viewet.com Services in a manner which follows all agreements made with YouTube on their Terms of Service page

4. Liabilities

• Viewet.com is in no way liable for any account suspension or video deletion done by YouTube. You will use our services at your own risk and will comply with YouTubes Terms of Service

5. Change of Terms

• This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Viewet.com is required upon your continued use of our website and services.

Any claim relating to Viewet.com will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
